Purpose:
DFL – 2018 has been schemed with the vision to use football as a mode to overcome artificial barrier of separation of classes within society. The motivation to host ‘DFL-2018’ is to raise enough funds by which our school and other social development activities will be operated. This is being aimed to be realized by hosting one tournament divided into four categories.
1. Under – 14 (8 teams from students of Born To Smile’s from Korail slum)
2. Open Category: Entry Fee: BDT 5,000, Spot: 8 Teams only
3. Girls Team: Entry Fee: BDT 4,000, Spot: 4 Teams only
4. Corporate ( 25+ Age): Entry Fee: BDT 10,000, Spot: 8 Teams only

Time: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Group Stage: Straight 10mins Semi-Finals: 8 mins per half
Referee: Professionals hired from BFF
Offside Rule: Off
Kick-ins and Corner kicks are available
Securities will be hired to ensure efficiency and safety throughout the event
Each player will play at his or her own risk. The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss or injuries.

General Rules and Regulations:
• Guests can visit the tournament ground.
• Smoking, alcohol, etc. is prohibited inside stadium premises.
• Once the entry fee is cleared, no refund can be made unless the tournament is cancelled..
• Players are not allowed to play bare footed.
• A player cannot play in more than one team.
• Professionals soccer players are not allowed in this tournament.
• The last man standing keeper in the game time will have to stand keeper if the match stretches to penalties. No team will be allowed to change their keeper during a shoot-out.
• Players shown a red card will be suspended for the next match.
• Rolling substitution system.
• No offside rules will be applied.
• Teams must report 30 minutes before their first match.
• No misconduct, cursing, promiscuity, or bad behavior will be tolerated.
• Team missing half time of a match will be considered that they forfeited thus opposition will have a 3-0 walk over.
• Direct penalties in Semi-Finals, if the match ends up as a tie.
• The organization holds complete power; they may overrule any decision if required.
